DX Activities
=============

5Z, KENYA:
     Mark, VK3XB, is currently back on the air as 5Z4XB from Nairobi.
     During July, he will be in Australia but then return to Kenya in
     August. QSL via VK3WIA.

7Q, MALAWI:
     Marc, M0CMC, is working at the University Mzuzu and has been
     assigned the callsign 7Q5MLV. QRV on 80-10m (CW, SSB) with 100W and
     an endfed antenna. QSL via eQSL.

9M2, WEST MALAYSIA:
     A large group of hams from Malaysia will be active from a number of
     tourist spots as 9M4TOTA on June 28 and 29. QRV on 80-10m on CW,
     SSB, and FT8. QSL direct via qrz.com.

C5, GAMBIA:
     Jean-Luis, F6ITS, has now received the callsign C5GM, valid until
     December 2024, and he plans to resume his CW activity after a
     10-year hiatus. No QSL route is known so far.

DL, GERMANY:
     The following special event callsigns continue to be active 
     ubtil July 17 around the European Football Championship: DL2024E,
     DL2024U, DL2024R, DL2024O. Awards are also available:

F, FRANCE:
     TM62FLAM will be active between June 29 and July 3 during the
     Olympic Torch relay. QSL via F5KAI.

F, FRANCE:
     Likewise, TM67OG will be active until July 27, and TM67JO between
     July 26 and Aug. 11. QSL via REF bureau.

I, ITALY:
     The ARI section Venezia (IQ3VE) draws attention to Marco Polo's
     death 700 years ago with the callsign IR3POLO until the end of
     June.

OE, AUSTRIA:
     The special event station OE24BI remains active from Bad Ischl
     until the end of June. Op is Christian, OE5CCN.

OE, AUSTRIA:
     Joerg, OE6VIE, celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Rhein Ruhr DX
     Association with the callsign OE60RRDXA until the end of the month.

T7, SAN MARINO:
     The Bulgarian operators LZ1NY, LZ5CT, LZ5DZ, and LZ1YLE will be
     active as T7/homecalls via QO-100 satellite on June 26. QSL via
     homecalls.

     activity as 8Q7EC (scheduled for July 1-12).

AS-089; R9K, KARA SEA COAST WEST group: For the end of July and
     beginning of August, R1IB, R1II, and RL1I are planning activations
     of of Sharapovy Koshki Islands (RR-06-03), Levdiev Islands
     (RR-06-42) and Torasavey Isl. (RR-06-40) as RI8KK. An activation of
     Halayngo (RR-06-62) as RI1PP is also possible. QSL via R1II.

EU-031; I*8, CAMPANIA REGION group: Giovanni, IZ7FLP, operates from
     Ischia Island between June 30 and July 7 as IC8K on CW, SSB, and
     FT8. QSL via homecall.

NA-003; VP5, TURKS ISLANDS: Adrian, AA5UK, signs VP5/AA5UK while on
     holiday betwwn June 23 and July 5. QRV on 40-6m (SSB, RTTY, FT4/8,
     Olivia). QSL via homecall (d), OQRS, LoTW.

NA-032; FP, ST PIERRE AND MIQUELON ISLANDS: Eric, FP/KV1J, plans an
     activation for the first half of July, including the IARU Contest.
     QRV on 12, 10, and 6m on SSB and also on 60m (FT8). QSL via h/c
     (d/B), ClubLog, LoTW.

NA-105; FS/PJ7, ST MARTIN (SINT MAARTEN): Gregg, W6IZT, and Hal,
     W8HC, will be active as FS/W6IZT and FS/W8HC respectively between
     June 25 and July 2. Gregg is also bringing two Next Generation
     Radio in a Box sets and will look for a location on the Dutch part
     of the island for PJ7/W6IZT. QSL for FS/W6IZT via KL7OR, FS/W8HC
     via homecall.

OC-045; KH8, TUTUILA ISLAND: After their tests on Wallis (see
     below), George, AA7JV, and others will continue their tests from
     American Samoa between July 10 and 25 as K8R. QSL via HA7RY.

OC-054, FW, WALLIS ISLANDS: George, AA7JV, and other members of the
     N5J (Jarvis Isl.) crew will be testing antennas and remote
     operating setups with the callsign FW7JV between June 25 and July 2
     on 160-20m. QSL via HA7RY.
