The „Deutsche Amateur Radio Club, Association Ulm DOK P14” awards this certificate. It can be applied for by all licensed radio hams and SWL’s that have made contact with radio stations in Ulm after 1^st January 2004. Only contact with the following local associations gain points for the certificate:

Ulm (DOK P14), Ulm West (DOK P 39) and VFDB (Z 68)

One point is awarded per band for each station. The same station may be contacted via different bands for which also one point per band is awarded.

10 points are awarded for the club-station of the local association. At least one is obligatory.

The radio stations are:

DA0ULM (01.10.2006-31.12.2006) , DB0CUI (till 11/2010), DC0SGU, DF0UL, DK0UU, DK7T, DL0AEG (till 12/2007), DL0FHU, DL0TFK, DL0UL, DL0ULM und DQ8LGBAY (01.12.2007-31.11.2008) 

QSO´s from 01.06.2006 to 31.12.2006 with DA0ULM, DB0CUI, DK7T, DL0UL und DL0ULM with Special-DOK 60ULM are counted extra..

QSO´s from 25.04.2008 to 05.10.2008 with DQ8LGBAY with Special-DOK - 8LGBAY are counted extra..

DL0ULW (P 39) and DL0BTX (Z 68).

The training stations DN1ULM, DN1FHU, DN4SGU and DN6CUI count 20 points each.

SWL – QSL – cards from the above local associations count accordingly.

 To apply for a certificate you need the following number of points:

100 points from stations and SWL’s outside Germany.

All operational modes except Packet Radio can be used. Applications for a certificate together with a list of the verified QSL-cards (GCR-list) and a fee of 5$ should be sent to:
