Deutsches Inseldiplom

Der DARC e.V., Ortsverband Oranienburg, DOK Y02, gibt dieses Diplom an alle lizensierten Funkamateure und SWLs heraus. Das Diplom soll einen Anreiz für Portabelaktivitäten auf deutschen Meeres- und Boddeninseln (im folgenden: Inseln) geben.
Gewertet werden alle bestätigten Verbindungen ab 1.1.1994 mit Stationen, die zur Zeit des Funkkontaktes ihren Standort auf einer deutschen Insel hatten. Für den Diplomantrag muß eine bestimmte Anzahl von Inseln und Punkten erreicht werden. Es gilt die Inselliste des Deutschen Inseldiploms. Jede Station (jedes Rufzeichen) zählt je Insel einmal einen Punkt.

Für das Grunddiplom benötigen:

Inseln / Punkte für höhere Diplomklassen: Obligatorisch ist jeweils eine Verbindung mit einer Insel in der Nord - und Ostsee. Für höhere Diplomklassen gilt, daß das Verhältnis Nordsee- zu Ostseeinseln 3:1 bzw. 1:3 nicht übersteigen soll. Der Name der Insel muß eindeutig aus den Angaben auf der QSL-Karte hervorgehen. Es gibt keine Band- und Betriebsartenbeschränkung.
Der Diplomantrag wird mit GCR-Liste (eine geprüfte Aufstellung vorhandener QSL-Karten) und der Gebühr (DL-Stationen: 5 Euro, ausländische Antragsteller bei Versand nach außerhalb DL: 6 Euro oder 6 US $) an folgende Anschrift geschickt : Für den Erwerb höherer Diplomklassen (Sticker) ist ebenfalls eine vollständige GCR-Liste notwendig. Die Gebühr für einen Sticker beträgt für DL-Stationen 1,50 Euro, für alle anderen Stationen 2 Euro oder 2 US$. Schecks und IRCs werden nicht akzeptiert.
Die Diplomgebühr kann überwiesen werden auf das Konto des DARC OV Y02 Nr. 2 533 605 bei der Postbank Frankfurt am Main, BLZ 500 100 60.
Bei gleichzeitiger Beantragung mehrerer Diplome oder Sticker durch ausländische Antragsteller verringert sich die Gebühr für das zweite (und jedes weitere) Diplom um 2 Euro oder 2 US$ (für DL um 1,50 Euro), bei mehreren Stickern um 1 Euro oder 1 US$ (für DL 0,50 Euro).
Ab dem 1.1.2002 ist die Bezahlung der Diplomgebühr nur noch in US-Dollar oder in Euro-Banknoten oder durch Überweisung möglich. Wechselgeld wird in gültigen deutschen Briefmarken, Euro oder US$ mit dem Diplom zurückgeschickt.
Das Diplom ist gebührenfrei für Antragsteller, die selbst alle wertbaren Verbindungen von einer oder mehreren deutschen Inseln aus gemacht haben. Zur Anerkennung der Bemühungen um die Aktivierung von deutschen Inseln können sich lizensierte Antragsteller, die aktive Teilnehmer einer erfolgreichen Inselexpedition waren, diese Insel für sich gutschreiben lassen.
Das Deutsche Inseldiplom hat A4-Format, es ist vierfarbig auf Karton (120g/qm) gedruckt. Das Diplom wurde auf der DARC-Hauptversammlung im Mai 1994 anerkannt.

German Islands Award

January 1st, 2007
The Oranienburg branch ( DOK Y 02 ) of the German Amateur Radio Club issues this award to all licensed radio amateurs and SWLs. The award shall motivate portable activities on german islands, both in the sea and in bays near the coast.
Valid are all certified QSOs with stations on german islands from Januar 1st, 1994 on. To apply for this award a specific number of several islands and points must be obtained. It is refered to the topical island list of the GIA. Each call sign on an island scores one point once.
The number of islands and minimum point score required for the basic award is:

Islands / points required for higher classes: Of the islands worked , at least one island has to be in the North- and one in the Baltic Sea for the basic award. For higher classes don´t exceed a ratio of one to three (three to one) of the number of the islands in either of both seas. The name of the island must be clearly identifiable on each QSL-card. All bands and operating modes may be used.
The application for the award must be accompanied by the certified GCR-list of QSL-cards and the fee (for DL-stations EUR 5, for all others EUR 6 or US $ 6) and must be sent to the award manager The application for higher classes of the award also must be accompanied with the complete GCR-list. The fee for one sticker (incl. postage) is for DL-stations EUR 1,50, for all others EUR 2 or US$ 2.
The fee is payable cash (enclosed) or transferable cashless to the account of the DARC OV Y02, account number 2 533 605, bank code 500 100 60 (Postbank Frankfurt am Main). IRCs and cheques are not accepted.
The cost is reduced if two or more awards are applicated at the same time and are sent to the same address: in this case the fee of the second (third a.s.o.) award will be reduced by EUR 2 or US $ 2. The cost for the stickers without postage will be reduced by EUR 1 or US $ 1 for the second sticker and each further.
From January 1st 2002 the pay of the fee is possible in US $ or in EUR-notes or by transfer to account only. Change is sent back as available german stamps, EUR or US $.
The award is free of charge for all stations that made the required QSOs from one or more german islands. Each (licensed) member of an expedition on a german island can apply for counting this island for his own award.

Reglementation

Diplôme des îles allemandes

(Version actuelle en date du 01-janvier-2007)
Ce diplôme est créé par Ja section locale d’Oranienbourg (DOK Y02) du DARC et a pour bout d’encourager les activités en portable à partir des îles allemandes, soit des îles de haute mer soit des îles littorales.
Le diplôme peut être délivré a tous les radioamateurs et SWL’s du monde entier sur la base de cette reglementation. Tous les QSO's effectués à partir du 01-janvier-1994 avec des stations installés aux îles allemandes sont valables à condition que le nom de l’île soit mentionné d’une manière univoque sur la carte QSL; chaque station (chaque indicatif) vaut une fois un point par île. La liste des îles allemandes annexée est la base pour l’obtention de çe diplôme. Il n’y a aucune réstriction concernant les modes et bandes utilisées.

Pour le diplôme de base il faut obtenir:

stations allemandes: au moins 6 îles et 8 points
stations européennes: au moins 4 îles et 6 points
stations DX: au moins 2 îles et 4 points
Il faut que les cartes QSL presentées contiennent au minimum une carte venant d’une île de la Mer du nord et une carte en provenance de la Mer baltique.
Pour les stickers il faut obtenir (îles/points): Il faut que le rapport entre la quantité des îles de la Mer du nord et les îles de la Mer baltique ne depasse pas le valeur de 1:3 ou 3:1.
La demande pour le diplôme et/ou pour les stickers est à établir dans la forme d’une liste GCR (ç‘est à dire une liste dûment examinée des cartes QSL presentées). La liste GCR accompagnée du prix est à envoyer à l’adresse du Diplôme manager: Les prix et les modes de paiement
pour le diplôme de base: stations allemandes: 5 Euro, stations étrangères: 6 Euro ou 6 US$

Diploma delle Isole Tedesche
La Sezione di Oranienburg (DOK Y02) del Club dei Radioamatori Tedeschi istituisce questo diploma per tutti i Radioamatori patentati e gli SWL. Questo diploma intende stimolare le attività in portatile sulle isole tedesche, sia nel mare aperto che vicino alle coste.
Sono validi tutti i QSO confermati dal 1 Gennaio 1994 con stazioni sulle isole tedesche. Per ottenere questo diploma è necessario avere uno certo numero di isole e di punti: ogni nominativo su su una isola in elenco dà UN punto, la stessa isola può essere collegata più volte ma con stazioni diverse: ogni collegamento varrà UN punto.
Il numero di isole ed il minimo dei punti necessari per il diploma base sono:

Per gli avanzamenti alle classi superiori sono necessari: Per il diploma BASE è necessario vi sia almeno una isola del Mare del Nord e le altre del Mar Baltico (o viceversa): per le classi più alte bisogna mantenere un rapporto di uno a tre (o tre a uno) fra le isole dei due mari. Il nome dell´isola deve essere chiaramente leggibile su ogni QSL; sono valide tutte le bande e tutti i modi operativi.
La richiesta del diploma deve essere accompagnata da lista GRC (estratto del Log) adeguatamente certificata; il costo del diploma è di 5 Euro per stazioni DL, per tutte le altre 6 Euro o 6 $ e deve essere inviata all: Per gli avanzamenti alle classi superiori è necessaria la stessa documentazione succitata: il costo di uno sticker (spese postali comprese) è di 1,50 Euro per stazioni DL, per tutte le altre di 2 Euro o 2 $. Pagamenti in Euroceque o con francobolli tedeschi per gli avanzamenti ma non con IRC. Il costo può essere ridotto se vengono mandati contemporaneamente più diplomi allo stesso indirizzo: in questo caso il secondo (il terzo, ecc.) costerà solo 5 Euro o 5 $, stessa riduzione per gli stickers, che, al netto delle spese postali, costeranno 1,50 Euro o 1,50 $ caduno.
Il diploma è gratuito per tutte le stazioni che hanno attivato una o più isole tedesche: ogni OM patentato membro dell´attivazione potrà inserire questa isola nel proprio elenco isole e punteggio.
Allegato elenco isole valide del Mare del Nord, del Mar baltico e delle isole cancellate (deleted). Per facilitare l´individuazione delle isole vi è anche un abbinamento indicativo fra numerazione IOTA e numerazione GIA.
