These are the final results of the WAE DX Contest CW 2011. Once again thank all of you for your participation in this event. In some categories it was an exceptionally close race. But finally we are able to present the checked results. Congratulations go out to all the winners.

For this contest we used a database containing 343,477 QSOs and 328,528 QTCs created by 1175 different entrants. A total of 5,668 callsigns is estimated to have been on the air. 240,731 of all contacts could be cross-checked directly log to log. 101,151 of the contacts could be verified indirectly by tracking active callsigns in the database that have not submitted a log. The remaining 1,595 callsigns represent 'uniques', but are left in the database. Thus, one can say that 99.54% of all contacts could be verified, leaving only a very small amount of doubtful QSOs.
