YL Contest zum internationalen Frauentag
Auch in diesem Jahr findet wieder unser Contest anlässlich des internationalen Frauentages am 8. März statt.

Ziel der Aktivität:
Wir möchten eine große Anzahl von YLs ermutigen, während der drei Stunden aktiv zu sein.
Punkte:
Es gibt zwei Teilnehmerkategorien, OM und YL mit folgenden Punkten pro QSL:
YL-OM: 1 Punkt
YL-YL: 3 Punkte
OM-OM: 0 Punkte
Jede Station kann einmal pro Band gearbeitet werden.
Für SWLs gelten:
1. Alle geloggten QSOs zwischen YL und YL (3 Punkte)
2. Alle geloggten QSOs zwischen YL und OM (1 Punkt)
Ein Call darf maximal zwei Mal pro Band geloggt werden. SWLs werden separat gewertet.
Logs:
Da die Auswertung größtenteils automatisiert erfolgt, werden Logs nur in zwei Formaten akzeptiert:
- Als Excel-Tabelle (im XLSX oder ODS Dateiformat) unter Benutzung einer der NEUEN für 2023 unter www.darc.de/yl/contest zur Verfügung gestellten Logvorlagen. Selbst formatierte Tabellen werden nicht akzeptiert.
- Im Cabrillo-Format, z.B. als Export aus dem HAM Womens Day Contestmodul von ARCOMM (http://www.qslonline.de/kontest.htm)
Für die Auswertung ist es wichtig, dass zusätzlich zum Namen der QSO-Partner:in auch angegeben wird, ob es sich um eine/n YL oder OM handelt. Die Tabellenvorlagen haben dafür schon passende Spalten. Im Cabrillo-Format sollte dies hinter dem Namen der Partner:in durch ein mit Leerzeichen vom Namen getrennten YL oder OM vermerkt werden. Das Contestmodul von ARCOMM macht dies automatisch. Ein korrekt formatiertes QSO hat in der Cabrillo-Datei das folgende Format:
„QSO: 3500 PH 2023-03-08 1808 DL2LBK 59 KARIN - DL2RZ 59 VOLKER OM „
Die Namen sollten bitte keine Leerzeichen beinhalten und max. 14 Zeichen lang sein, damit sie in das Cabrillo-Format passen. Bitte fügt den Namen auch keine zusätzlichen Beschreibungen hinzu, Vorname YL/OM ist ausreichend. Andere Exportformate von ARCOMM, z.B. „E-Log Gesamtdatei“ werden nicht akzeptiert.
Einsendung:
Einsendeschluss ist der 30. März
Alle Teilnehmer senden ihr Log an Karin DL2LBK (karin[ät]wraase.com) und erhalten nach der Auswertung eine Urkunde im PDF-Format per Mail. Die Ergebnisse werden in der CQ-DL und auf www.darc.de/yl/contest veröffentlicht.

Aim of the activity:
We would like to encourage a large number of YLs to be active during the three hours.
Points:
There are two categories of participants, OM and YL with the following points per QSL:
YL-OM: 1 Point
YL-YL: 3 Point
OM-OM: 0 Point
Each station can be worked once per band.
For SWLs:
1. all logged QSOs between YL and YL (3 points)L (3 points)
2. all logged QSOs between YL und OM (1 point)
One call may be logged max. 2 times per band. SWLs are evaluated separately.
Logs:
Since the evaluation is mostly automated, logs are only accepted in two formats:
- as an Excel spreadsheet (in XLSX or ODS file format) using one of the NEW log templates provided for 2023 at www.darc.de/yl/contest. Self formatted tables will not be accepted.
- in Cabrillo format, e.g., as an Export from HAM Womens Day Contest module from ARCOMM (www.qslonline.de/kontest.htm)
For the evaluation it is important that in addition to the name of the QSO partner, it is also indicated whether it is a YL or OM. The new spreadsheet templates already have appropriate columns for this. In the Cabrillo format this should be noted after the name of the partner by adding a YL or OM separated from the name with a space. The contest module from ARCOMM does this automatically. A correctly formatted QSO has the following format in the Cabrillo file::

Please do not use spaces in the names or add additional descriptions and keep the names short (14 characters max), or they won’t fit into the Cabrillo format. First name + YL/OM is sufficient
Submission:
The deadline for entries is March 30
All participants send their log to Karin DL2LBK (karin[at]wraase.com) and receive a PDF certificate by mail after the evaluation. The results will be published in the CQ-DL and on www.darc.de/yl/contest.
