Für das "Deutsche Leuchtturm-Diplom" nachfolgend die Ausschreibungsbedingungen in deutscher Sprache.
Regler
DARC e.V. Ortsverband (afdeling) Kønigs Wusterhausen (DOK Y07) udgiver dette diplom til licenserede amatører og SWL for kontakter/SWL lavet efter den 1.January 2001.
Regler
Ansøgeren skal have lavet/hørt alle kontakter fra samme DXCC land. Ændring af QTH er tilladt (/am, /p, /mm, /m ). Der er ingen begræsninger i bånd og mode til diplommet. Ansøgeren skal køre/høre forskellige fyrtårne efter den Tyske fyrtårnsliste. Hver fyrtårn tæller et point. QSL-kort med forskellige fyrtårnsbilleder kan benyttes some Jokers, i stedet for fyrtårnskontakt. Hver Joker tæller etpoint. QTH, navn eller nummer af fyrtårnet skal tydelig fremgå på qsl kortet, ligeledes være på fyrtårnslisten.
Ansøgeren skal opnå følgende point

Fyrtårns kontakter skal være bekræftet med qsl kort. Disse kort, skal på forlangende fremsendes, efter anmodning fra Diplom Maneger. Fyrtårns QSL kort med fyrtårns motiv eller fotografi, som benyttes som Joker kan ligeledes ønskes fremsendt af maneger. Jokere skal være beskrevet I ansøgningen og kan som ekstraordinært vedhæftes ansøgningen. Disse kort vil blive returneret sammen med diplommet.
Stationer som aktiverer et fyrtårn skal være aktiv fra fyrtårnet eller tilstødende bygninger, tilhørende fyrtårnet, eller indenfor max. afstand på 500 m. landbaseret, til fyrtårnet.
Reporter om aktiviteter fra fyrtårne, til Award Kommiteen, er meget velkomne, og skal indeholde oplysninger om QTH, dato, og perioden af aktiviteten. Fyrtårns stationen kan modtage Diplommet når der er kørt mindst 100 forskellige
Ansøgning
Diplommet kan, hvis ønsket og godkendt, fåes for en bestem mode. Ansøgning af diplommet skal sendes, medfølgelde bekræftet liste af qslkort (GCR liste) og indeholdende diplomgebyr US $8.- eller EURO 7.- til følgende adresse:

Diplôme des Phares Allemands
La section Königs Wusterhausen (DOK Y07)du DARC propose ce diplôme aux amateurs licenciés et écouteurs, pour des contacts ou des écoutes réalisés après le 1er janvier 2001.
Règlement
Contacts: Tous les contacts (ou écoutes) doivent être réalisés depuis la même entité DXCC. Le changement de QTH est autorisé (/p, /m, /mm ) mais toujours dans la même entité DXCC.
Bandes et modes: Les bandes et modes ne sont pas limités.
Phares valides: Le demandeur doit avoir réalisé des contacts avec des phares allemands répertoriés sur la liste établie par l'émetteur du diplôme.
Points par phare: Chaque phare compte un point.
Confirmation: Chaque contact doit être confirmé par QSL; elles devront être présentées si le manager l'exige. Il en est de même des cartes utilisées comme Joker selon le paragraphe ci après. Les cartes joker doivent être décrites très précisément dans la demande; une photocopie peut également être envoyée. Tout original de QSL demandé par le manager sera retourné avec le diplôme.
Joker: Les cartes QSL comportant plusieurs photos ou images de phares peuvent être utilisées 2 fois au maximum comme joker, à la place d'un contact . Chaque joker vaut 1 point.
Informations QSL: L'identification du phare doit être complète et sans ambiguïté. La station utilisée doit apparaître aussi sur la QSL. Les références attribuées par l'émetteur du diplôme sont également imprimées sur la QSL.

Stations en expédition sur un phare: Les stations qui activent un phare doivent le faire depuis le phare lui même, un bâtiment annexe attenant, la jetée où se trouve le phare. La distance maximum entre la base du phare et la station est strictement limitée à 500 mètres.
Validation d'expédition: La demande de validation de l'expédition doit comprendre les éléments suivants: Date, situation et nom du phare, opérateurs, indicatif utilisé. Les opérateurs peuvent obtenir le diplôme pour au moins 100 stations travaillées.
Demande de diplôme
Diplômes particuliers: Si demandé et prouvé, le diplôme peut être délivré pour un mode exclusif (CW, SSB etc..).
Coût du Diplôme: Le diplôme coute 8 US$ ou 7 € à joindre à la demande.
Demande de diplôme: La demande de diplôme comportant la liste confirmée (GCR) des QSL détenues par le demandeur.

Description du diplôme: Le diplôme de format 210 × 297 mm et imprimé sur papier 250 g représente un phare en couleur en image principale complété à gauche et à droite par 12 photos de phares allemands.

The DARC e.V. Ortsverband (section) Königs Wusterhausen (DOK Y07) issues this award to licenced amateur radio operators and short wave listeners for contacts after the 1st of January 2001.
Conditions
The applicant must have been made all contacts from the same DXCC- country. A change of location (QTH) is approved (/am, /p, /mm, /m). The award is not limited to any band or mode.
The applicant needs contacts with different lighthouses according to the attached listing of German Lighthouses. Each lighthouse counts one point. QSL-cards with different lighthouse pictures or photos can be used two times as a so called Joker instead of a lighthouse-contact. Each Joker counts one point. The QTH of the lighthouse-station must be clearly identified on the QSL-card (name of the lighthouse or lighthouse name and/or number according to the LH-list). For application the following points are needed:

The lighthouses must be confirmed by QSL card. These cards can be requested by the Award Manager. Lighthouse QSL cards with a LH picture or photo used as a Joker can be requested by the Award Manger, must be described in the application an can be optional attached to the application (will be returned with the award).
Stations activating a LH must be operating from the lighthouse building itself, from an adjacent building belonging to the LH , the dock of the LH or within a maximum distance of 500 metres land based to the Lighthouse. Reports about activities from lighthouses to the Award Committee are welcome and should include QTH, dates of activation and name of the lighthouse. Lighthouse stations can receive the award for working at least 100 different stations
Application
If requested and proofed the award can be issued for a certain mode exclusively. The application for the award should be sent with a confirmed list of QSL cards (GCR Liste) and including the fee of US $ 8.- or EURO (€) 7.- to the following address:

Information about the award can be obtained sending a SASE letter to the Award Manager mentioned above. The award is 210 × 297 mm and printed on 250g/qm paper showing a coloured Lighthouse flanked by 6 german lighthouses on each side.

Ausschreibung
Der Deutsche Amateur-Radio-Club e.V., Ortsverband Königs Wusterhausen (Y07) gibt dieses Diplom an lizensierte Funkamateure und entsprechend an SWLs für Verbindungen nach dem 1. Januar 2001 heraus.
Diplombedingungen
Der Antragsteller muß alle Verbindungen vom selben DXCC-Land getätigt haben, dabei ist Standortwechsel ( /am, /p, /mm, /m ) erlaubt. Es gibt keine Band- oder Betriebsartenbeschränkungen.
Es werden Verbindungen mit verschiedenen Leuchttürmen laut Liste benötigt. Jeder Leuchtturm zählt einen Punkt. Eine QSL-Karte mit einem Leuchtturm-Motiv kann zweimal als Joker eingesetzt werden und zählt ebenfalls einen Punkt. Das QTH der gearbeiteten Leuchtturm-Station muß eindeutig auf der QSL-Karte vermerkt sein (Angabe des Namens oder der Leuchtturm-Nummer laut Liste). Für den Diplomantrag werden folgende Punkte benötigt:

Stationen, die einen Leuchtturm aktivieren, müssen sich entweder im Leuchtturm, seinen dazugehörigen Gebäuden oder an Anlegestellen oder aber im maximalen Umkreis von 500 Meter zum Leuchtturm an Land befinden. Meldungen über Aktivierungen von Leuchttürmen an den Herausgeber (mit Angabe des QTH, Datum der Aktivität und Anzahl der getätigten QSO) sind willkommen. Leuchtturmstationen erhalten das Diplom für mindestens 100 gearbeitete Feststationen.
Diplomantrag
Auf Wunsch und bei Nachweis kann das Diplom auch in einer Betriebsart ausgestellt werden. Der Diplomantrag wird mit einer bestätigten Liste vorhandener QSL-Karten (GCR Liste) und der Gebühr von 8 US-Dollar oder 7 Euro an folgende Anschrift geschickt:

Das Diplom ist 210 x 297 mm groß, es ist auf auf holzfreien, weißem hochglänzenden Chromolux-Karton sehr sauber mit Farb-Drucker gedruckt. Es zeigt in der Mitte einen großen farbigen Leuchtturm im Hintergrund und am Rand sind links und rechts von oben nach unten 12 bekannte deutsche leuchttürme ebenfalls farbig abgebildet.
Das Diplom wurde auf der DARC-Clubversammlung im Mai 2001 anerkannt.
