This annex contains the summary of changes for this specification, starting with the first published version V0.9C.

Changes from version V0.9C to V1.0

• Removed inconsistency for keywords / blocks "QtcList" and "QtcSent" / "QtcRcvd",
• removed inconsistency for keywords / fields "Address" and "MailAddress",
• removed problems with point scores of "-1" (deleted QSO/QTC now designated by "C" instead),
• clarification of the formal file structure (file -> block -> record -> field),
• clarification for the recommended treatment of various file errors by reader programs (skip, ignore),
• extension and separation of definition for operational modes,
• addition of annex for recommended contest categories,
